It is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com). The domain is registered with Cloudflare, Inc.

No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling or sharing of data for marketing. Visit statistics are anonymous and cookieless. Anything personal (your email, your questions) only reaches me if you choose to send it.

I use PostHog (PostHog Inc., data hosted in the European Union) to count visits and understand which pages and features are used: pages viewed, clicks, whether the chat or the booking window was opened. It runs without cookies or local storage, keeps nothing on your device between visits, and does not record sessions. If your browser sends Do Not Track, nothing is collected.

Legal basis: my legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, kept to the minimum needed. Statistics are kept for up to 12 months.

Questions you type are sent to Anthropic PBC (United States), which provides the AI model that writes the answers. I don't store the conversation; it stays in your browser for the visit. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models, and may keep it for a limited period for safety and abuse prevention. Please don't type sensitive personal information.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps a temporary, in-memory count of requests per IP address, cleared within a day.

Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering your questions and keeping the service from being abused.

Only when you explicitly agree, the chat sends me your name, email address, optional phone number, company, role and a short summary of what you need. It is delivered by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States). I use it only to reply to you and keep it for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing me.

The booking window shows Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc.). If you book, the details you enter are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy, and Cal.com may set its own cookies inside that window. I receive the booking details to hold the call.

The light or dark theme and the sound setting are saved in your browser's local storage so they stay the way you left them. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Vercel, Anthropic, Resend and Cal.com are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it, or receive a copy of it, by emailing hello@sidoulf.com. I reply within a month. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
