Expandi ProductTags

Replaced five ways of tagging a lead with one picker, across six surfaces.

Tagging is how a salesperson remembers who's who across hundreds of conversations. Customers kept the real list in spreadsheets, because the same job had grown separately in five places and creating a tag meant typing colour codes.

    • Five patterns for one job, each with its own bugs and its own idea of what a tag is.
    • Tags are stored per LinkedIn account, so the same name could be two different tags.
    • SDRs tagging mid-conversation, and team leads cleaning up lists in bulk.
    • One picker everywhere, even where a local version looked quicker to build: consistency was the feature.
    • The colour picker sets its own text colour, so no tag can come out unreadable.
    • Search, the list, create and manage in one panel.
    • The same picker for bulk tagging and as a step inside campaigns.
    • Creating a tag is now a name and a colour.
    • Shipped March to April 2026, across the whole product.
    • Tag usage rose about 35% in the two months after launch.
