Expandi ProductAccount limits

Collapsed Expandi's limits, warm-up and schedules into one page that shows what the system will actually do.

Limits decide how many actions run across every campaign, and whether LinkedIn flags the account. 78% of users were new to the product and nearly half had never automated LinkedIn. They were being asked to set numbers they couldn't judge.

    • Limits, warm-up and schedules lived on separate tabs that users had to cross-check in their heads.
    • A new account's first two weeks are the riskiest, exactly when the user knows least.
    • New users who need safe defaults, and experienced ones who want control: defaults for the first, everything visible for the second.
    • Users shouldn't need to know LinkedIn's rules. Show a forecast of what will happen instead of asking for a number.
    • Ranges instead of fixed numbers, because a fixed daily quota is exactly what looks automated.
    • One page, warm-up first, with a fourteen-day forecast.
    • One panel that says why a campaign isn't running, and what to do about it.
    • Shipped March to July 2026. What the page shows is what the system does.
    • Tickets about limits fell by roughly a third.
Before: limits spread across tabs, set as fixed numbers
After: one page, warm-up first, with a forecast
Automation status: why a campaign isn't running, and what to do
